Common questions
- I can't sign in. Accounts are issued by an administrator — there is no public sign‑up. If your callsign or password isn't working, or you're locked out, email matt@climb7.com.
- Reset my progress. Use Fresh start in the app to clear your own learning progress without deleting your account.
- The app looks out of date. The app loads the latest version on launch — fully close it and reopen to refresh.
Delete your account
To permanently delete your TALON account and all associated data — progress, performance, and feedback — email matt@climb7.com with your request, or ask your administrator. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
