By using TALON Ground School ("TALON," "the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Unofficial study aid — read this first. TALON is an unofficial study supplement created by 2LT Matthew Moniz from T‑38C ground‑evaluation study material. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Air Force, the Department of Defense, Air Education and Training Command, the 87th Flying Training Squadron, or Laughlin AFB. It is a learning aid only — not a substitute for official flight manuals, technical orders, checklists, or authorized instruction. Always defer to current official publications and your instructors, and never rely on TALON during flight or operational duties.

1. Authorized use

TALON is intended for authorized training personnel. Keep your credentials confidential, do not share your account, and use the app only for your own study. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse‑engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or to other users' data.

2. Content

App content is provided for personal educational use. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish it. The app may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time.

3. No warranty

TALON is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currency, or availability of the content or service.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including any reliance on its content.

5. Termination

Access may be suspended or removed at any time, including for misuse or violation of these terms.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
